Welcome to Dress Me Up, Buttercup!

Where every little girl gets a chance to bloom in style.

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to officially welcome you to Dress Me Up, Buttercup! — a pageant rental business inspired by my daughter and her nickname, “Princess Buttercup.”

Why Dress Me Up, Buttercup?

Pageant wear can be pricey, and with the cost of living rising, we believe every family deserves a way to make their little princess shine — without breaking the bank. That’s where we come in! We offer beautiful, gently loved (and sometimes brand-new!) rentals for:

Gowns

Fun fashion & State Wear Themes

Interview wear

Casual wear

Matching shoes, earrings & accessories (when available)

What Sizes Do We Carry?

We’re starting off with sizes ranging from 12M to little girls size 12/14, with a few plus-size items from my own collection available as well. Whether you're dressing a tiny tot or a growing queen, we're working to build a collection that makes every girl feel like royalty.

What's to Come:

Our rental closet is growing all the time, so keep an eye out for new inventory, special promos, and sneak peeks. We plan to expand to include all sizes, more styles, and maybe even prom dress rentals — God willing!

I’ll also be sharing updates, try-on events, and insider tips in our Facebook group. Whether you’re a pageant parent, seasoned queen, or brand-new to the world of glitz and glam, you are welcome here.

What services do you offer?

We offer the following:

Ask us, and we probably have it! We also have many friends in the rental business in other states we can refer you to!

Sizes run anywhere from 12 months- Women’s size 00. Women’s Plus sizes will be joining as well.

We do not currently rent any other sizes.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

We require a Photo ID to set up all rentals as well as your email and phone number. A rental agreement will be sent from our site via email for you to review and accept electronically. Bookings that are scheduled over 2 weeks out will be offered a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your date. The final payment is due 10 days prior to shipment.

Roundtrip shipping fees via PirateShip will be included in the final invoice.

What makes you different?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart. As a small business, we value you! We attempt to make very rental, easy, clean and affordable.

Rentals come with a magnet to use for pageant day numbers, a black logoed dress bag for protection and a hanger for easy use.

Your rental will arrive with the return label already inside, all you have to do is box it up and ship it back!

Return renters can save $5 off their next rental with a Google review.
